### Product Design Engineer @ Tact Product Development
Jan 2024 – Present | Redwood City, CA
-Contributed to the design and development of electromechanical products launched in the market, including gaming controllers, robots, AR glasses, and medical devices, across various stages: research, concept design, prototyping, material selection, testing, FEA, DOE, DFMA, GD&T, EVT, as well as high-volume production in factories. 
-Worked on designing system architecture and parts around PCBs using FPCs and FFCs, display systems using LCD and light pipes, sensors like IR, FSR, and temperature sensors, and input/output devices like joysticks, buttons, speakers, and microphones. 
-Improved the engineering performance and reliability of Backbone mobile gaming controllers launched in 2025 up to 65% by developing custom testing rigs, designing experiments, and improving the performance using finite element analysis. 
-Collaborated with clients, industrial design teams, external stakeholders, and manufacturers in China for prototype and supply chain development, significantly reducing development cycle time.

-Designed and developed innovative products in the household electrical appliance
industry, with four products launched in the market, resulting in increased revenue

-Co-inventor for two patents applied in household water heating solution and
