As part of the Amazon Payment Fulfillment team, worked on MAWS and native AWS micro-services in Java using
Spring framework and AWS technologies like CloudWatch, S3, EC2, and DynamoDB.
• Was responsible for a series of upgrades to Amazon’s payment update flow, where customers are allowed to
update their payment methods. Worked with a PM to gather all requirements and understand edge cases.
Once implemented, worked with a QA engineer to ensure smooth release to production.
• Was the point of contact for managing integrations of all our services with a sister team’s new fraud risk
evaluation service. This was a key business requirement and facilitating smooth cross-team collaboration
was paramount here.
• Owned e2e functionality of all our gateway services and was responsible for maintaining service stability
via timely implementation of throttling requests.
• Owned management of all SAS risks for the team. Duties included identification of resources such as ver-
sion sets, Apollo environment, etc, and updating them in a timely fashion before SLA deadlines. Efforts
helped reduce SAS risks by 30%.
• Cleared a major operational backlog by updating 1800+ packages on a team-owned service. Learnings
were applied to update service-level agreements to avoid such large version out-of-syncs in the future.

1) Invasystems’ Mobien DMS Project:
Invasystems’ Mobien DMS application is an integrated set of modules and has a functionality that enables companies to deploy a secondary sales execution system for distributors. It enables distributors and sub-distributors in FMCG and CPG industries to perform/update/track their daily tasks in real-time. Mobien DMS helps distributors with tools for secondary or tertiary order execution, primary order indenting, and inventory management.
• Implemented and shipped features such as creating primary/secondary level orders, returns, and stock adjustments
• Developed custom Windows Services to process incoming invoices from retailers to generate their MIS reports and statutory compliance-related reporting.
2) CONVIEN - Outlook Plugin Project:
The CONVIEN Meeting Place Finder Outlook Plugin enables you to determine the optimal location for your meeting according to the carbon footprint of the participants on arrival and departure and embeds it directly into your planning process as a lightweight but effective solution. All you need is the place of origin of your participants, which we can usually find in the contact details, as well as the planned period - the free search provides you with a list of optimal locations including the CO2 forecast in kilograms. So you can plan your meetings really green because the participants' travel process usually makes up 70% of the total CO2 consumption of an event.
• Designed a custom plugin for Microsoft Outlook 365 using NodeJS to integrate the Convien Meeting Place Finder application.
• Integrated Google Place Autocomplete API into the plugin to easily predict locations based on the textual search string.
• Refactored code to make sure the plugin works perfectly across all Outlook platforms (Web, Mobile, Desktop).
