As a result of my increased scope and impact, I was promoted from senior to principal level as I helped rearchitect and modernize these tools, and shipped updates that supported content alignment to local standards across the world. Together, these initiatives increased access to and the relevance of our content for millions of students worldwide. I also played a significant role in the creation and maintenance of our design system. ### Creative Technologist @ Square Jan 2012 – Jan 2015 I designed and prototyped 42+ micro-interactions and animations to help improve the discoverability, ease of use, and efficiency of our user interfaces while also leaving users with a sense of delight. I worked closely with the engineering team to ship these, sometimes developing the production code myself.
