• Designed, implemented and testing various components for the Expedia Virtual Card for Air initiative by leveraging AWS services like S3, SQS, AWS Transfer Family and DynamoDB

• Eliminated high and critical vulnerabilities in Gradle and Maven improving the hygiene score

• Migrated micro-services from AWS ECS to Kubernetes-based Runtime Compute Platform (RCP) clusters enabling zero-downtime deployments and real time autoscaling

• Developed advanced technical solutions for the Expedia Global Payments org, contributing in Expedia Virtual Card payment platform to facilitate payments to its Lodging and Air partners that process over $100 billion in payments annually

• Improved operational efficiency of tier-1 applications by configuring alerts and providing on-call support via AWS, Datadog and Splunk.

Developed RESTful api using SpringBoot to monitor the health of the IMS servers responsible for Login, Authorization and Authentication functionality which runs approximately 160+ clients and around 2 billion calls every day. This helped to keep track and identify status of instances.

In this role, I worked with Prof. David Benjamin and Phd students, helped them in the Robotics lab, with Programming, testing and functionality verification of the JACKAL (Unmanned Ground Vehicle) robots.
