Scaled engagement on a consumer live-streaming product with 1M MAU across four platforms: iOS, Android, Web, and Desktop. Collaborated closely with the CEO and delivered key contributions to C-level product strategy decisions.
∙ Shipped a guest broadcasting feature that increased engagement 3x, guest sessions per broadcast 22% and revenue 7.5%.
∙ Partnered with CEO and executive team to make business case and models for the decision to sunset the Rize app, which reallocated >$750k in annual engineering budget to YouNow, the company’s core revenue and usage product.
∙ Defined the product experience for flagship crypto wallet app, including identity and key management, regulatory compliance (KYC + AML), and interaction design of the wallet and ecosystem apps. Co-designed the Props reward engine algorithm with business, blockchain, and data science teams.
∙ Contributed to the Product Design team with wireframes and production-fidelity designs that shipped to >1m users.
