Built product management infrastructure and processes from scratch, improved all top-line metrics, defined the company's product strategy and competitive positioning. ∙ Collaborated with customers, channel partners, and executive team to ideate and launch 12 new features across iOS, Android, Web, and Hardware that grew paid accounts 2x and increased MRR 7x. ∙ Led a complete UX and UI redesign of the iOS and Android apps to reduce user confusion; achieved 98% adoption among existing customers in the first month after launch and lifted sales win rate by ~20%. ∙ Implemented agile process in the Engineering org, increasing engineering velocity; championed human-centered design practices throughout the company to build a culture obsessed with customer satisfaction. ### Product Manager @ YouNow, Inc. The new design facilitated peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and boosted daily site engagement 18%, receiving a final NPS of 92. ∙ Conducted in-person user interviews with 20 Verizon PMs to develop archetypes. Skills I used: User Interviews Contextual Inquiry System Mapping Rapid Wireframing Information Architecture Interaction Design ### User Experience Researcher @ Huddlr Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | New Haven, Connecticut Collaborated with a UI designer to craft the user experience of an event sharing app. Utilized research techniques (contextual inquiry, surveys, user interviews) to generate insights and identify the changes needed to improve user performance and satisfaction. Conducted usability tests of prototypes, analyzed results, and delivered concrete recommendations to the Interface Designer. Co-designed a solution that solved a critical usability problem in the event creation user flow. ### Associate Product Manager @ I Agree to See Jan 2013 – Jan 2013 | San Francisco As the go-to-market APM, I led a cross-functional team and implemented the CEO's vision for a new product. I managed collaboration between a web developer, a data scientist, a visual designer, and a content strategy team. By the end of my 3 month internship, I shipped a live MVP that was released to test users. IAgreeToSee is a political media aggregator that connects citizens to the campaigns that move them. The platform uses data mining and predictive analytics to help campaigns A/B test their media within specific demographic groups, and ultimately take those findings to the mass market. ### Data Analyst @ Storefront Political Media Jan 2009 – Jan 2010 | San Francisco, CA This was my first internship, which I completed during my freshman and sophomore summers of high school. I created and managed Facebook and Twitter presence for Close the Loophole, an issue campaign in California which seeks to repeal Proposition 13. I recorded and analyzed Facebook and Twitter engagement -- measured by likes, comments, and shares -- from 10 accounts under management at the firm including Gavin Newsom's gubernatorial campaign and Annise Parker's mayoral campaign. At the end of each summer, I analyzed the data I had collected and used statistical inferences to suggest the optimal timing and spacing of posts to maximize engagement.
