• Federation search, a major requirement for Dropbox's single largest customer (over 250k seats)

• Frame-precise comments, a marquee feature for our media offering in Q4 2020

• Managed an successful intern to a return offer

Major achievements on Virtualization team (01/2018-12/2019):

• Built robust automated provisioning tooling for a major migration of 100+ hosts from SJC to PDX (saving Dropbox $1M/year), setting up the hosts and syncing the correct set of fresh images

• Performed a major analysis of recurring outages in vCenter, our VM manager software

Major achievements on Code Workflows team (10/2016-12/2017):

• Built "stacked diffs" tooling to allow developers to continue to work on top of diffs that are currently awaiting review

Backend engineering (Python) and data science work, with a focus on improving our machine learning models. Brought named entity recognition accuracy from below 50% to well above 90% for two major projects, and developed new tools to make the process easier. Co-developed a major architecture change for handling multi-part dialogues.
