# Nena N. > Product Design Manager at Cloudflare, Inc. Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/nena I design product experiences that simplify complexity. You'll find me scribbling, experimenting, and observing how people interact with the world. The most rewarding feeling for me is empowering people to achieve their goals by focusing on what's important to them. I love designing for builders especially because they're motivated by creating things for others. I have been designing product experiences for developers and technical users for over 10 years. I'm drawn to hyper-collaborative and fast-paced environments where I'm working through complex and unchartered problems. I strongly believe that empathy, experimentation, and iteration are key to developing great experiences. I currently lead a team of 5 designing the Platform experiences at Cloudflare. ## Work Experience ### Product Design Manager @ Cloudflare Jan 2025 – Present Leading a team designing Platform and Self-Serve (Product Growth) experiences ### Product Design Manager @ Cloudflare Jan 2022 – Jan 2025 Led a team of 5 designers for the Developer Platform (https://www.cloudflare.com/developer-platform/), and Emerging Technology and Incubation teams, delivering products and driving adoption across 12+ product solutions for Workers, Pages, AI, Media, Storage, and Databases. • Oversaw web product experiences for key developer journeys such as onboarding, enablement, development, deployment, debugging, configuration, maintenance and management. • Increased team impact by partnering designers with cross-functional partners on design-led strategy workshops, reviews, demos, CLI flows, and more to improve delivery efficiency and quality. • Cultivated a collaborative and innovative design culture through coaching and establishing practices such as design critiques, workshops, retros, playbooks, design pairing, and Quick Wins initiatives. • Aligned product vision, business objectives, and design strategy by overseeing projects from conception to delivery: advising on scope, approach, delivery strategies, user research, and implementation reviews. • Managed high-stakes design delivery for Cloudflare’s annual innovation weeks, launching 23 product experiences in 2023 (https://www.cloudflare.com/developer-week/) ### Lead Product Designer @ Cloudflare Jan 2019 – Jan 2022 Led product design (end-to-end) for the Developer Platform products: Workers, Pages, R2 (S3 competitor) • Designed foundational product experiences including onboarding, code editing, CLI authentication, logs, git connection, configuration, integrations, dashboard navigation, billing, and more. • Collaborated with senior leaders within and outside of the Developer Platform to discuss design strategy, propose solutions, and present designs and case studies across the company. • Led and conducted design reviews for Developer Platform products.
