Staff Software Engineer on the Growth Engineering Team. Closely work with product manager to deliver a new onboarding experience to new customers of Twilio. Built to scale out to many kinds of personalization and grow with the company over time. Executed a long term plan to exercise legacy code from our team, collaborated with several teams to deliver. Mentored other engineers and helped lead an internal Twilio App bootcamp that taught the basics of coding to any employee in the company with no experience.

Growth Engineering Team. Work closely with Product Managers and the Marketing Department to build software and experiences related to on-boarding new Twilio customers. Have deployed new registration experiences as an A/B test. Have expanded and refactored backend web services for speed and reporting improvements.

Software Engineer on the UX Team. Responsible for building customer facing Account Portal and maintaining internal tools. Technologies include PHP, Javascript, and extensive use of internal REST APIs.
