Providing Product Design expertise for a stealth stage startup in the DevTools Observability space. Built out first marketing website and designing new or improving existing workflows in product.
At FireHydrant, I redesigned the Analytics feature which enabled data-driven improvements in incident response. I led the design of the Alert Routing feature, allowing SREs to automate incident creation and reduce manual effort. I was also responsible for redesigning the complex design pattern of field mapping, which scaled across the app, enhancing the experience of setting up integrations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I delivered user-centric designs addressing customer pain points and streamlining processes, while also promoting design consistency and collaboration across the organization.
