Responsible for all aspects of design, architecture, and implementation of Venture’s flagship CRM/ticketing platform within AWS and the Serverless Framework. With an eye toward legacy maintenance and future extensibility, overseeing all aspects of product development.
Leveraging the full AWS systems alongside the Serverless Framework to create and maintain a full CRM for artistic organizations, including DynamoDB,
Lambda, S3, Cloudsearch, Cloudwatch, SNS and more.
•Created CI/CD pipelines to manage the deployment across multiple regions and
environments.
•Used React and Material UI to develop CRM UI
•Created and maintained data migration pipelines to connect OLTP and OLAP
databases
•Created an extensive analytic platform to handle massive amounts of data for
multimillion dollar clients
•Integrated with 3rd Party services like Mailchimp and Auth0
•Mentored and managed a team of junior, midlevel, and senior developers
•Grew and managed an engineering team from 1 engineer to a full team
•Ran regular Scrum and Agile processes, while maintaining a JIRA board and
integrated these processes with SDE processes
