Joined series-A ecommerce startup Forum Brands (now Lyra Collective) as first and only mechanical engineer/product designer. Built out the engineering/new product development functions from the ground up. Designed and launched numerous consumer products. Obtained two utility patents.

Same as below, but also took full ownership of Safran's intellectual property activities. I drafted utility patents with attorneys and inventors, managed the patent portfolio, worked with attorneys on infringement litigation cases, and shaped IP strategy.

Worked on R&D projects for Safran's Innovation team. Designed aerospace systems in CATIA V5 with a focus on DFM. Led development of new manufacturing technologies to improve performance, quality, and cost. Managed external supplier relationships from concept through production.
