I Led design for the labs team where we focus on helping our students learn to work in cloud by providing a risk-free hands-on environment. I facilitate discovery with the product and engineering team to align on strategy, conduct user research, as well as design and test concepts. In 2021 we Delivered Challenge & Guided mode for labs more than doubling overall usage and engagement.

Recently I led the redesign of our Labs Library with the goal of improving lab's search and discovery. Through a series of experiments we've greatly improved how users are finding labs, the number of labs starts from the library as well as overall lab completion and engagement.

Led design and research for the Broker Network team helping supply and demand users to connect and make deals. Delivered Broker tools for desktop and mobile enhancing our customer’s experience across the platform while also increasing retention & engagement.

Worked closely with data and product on our “Intelligence” subscription product aimed to automate laborious listing tasks for our users, and provide more meaningful insights into comparable listing properties that inform buying and selling research.
