Set web standards; design, create and sustain products; lead cross-cutting transformations and teach fellow engineers in an industry-leading, fast-paced live entertainment platform, by maintaining complex NextJS/React.js and TypeScript codebases.
— Build compliant accessibility (a11y) and internationalization (i18n) features in a large repository, implement automated tooling to achieve and enforce WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
— Create an interactive help center chatbot that securely integrates user information to provide personalized support, integrating with APIs and a customized large-language model (LLM) AI system. Redteam and audit its outputs and interactions with customers.
— Lead web implementation of a new-to-the-company content management system (CMS).
— Design and run A/B testing for significant user experience and workflow changes.
— Collaborate with engineers, designers, and PMs to create flexible, custom, and consistent components for a company-wide branded design system.
— Educate fellow engineers on effective TypeScript and React standards through weekly instructional sessions. Mentor intern and new grad engineers.
