- Designed and implemented a custom two-factor authentication system based in Devise and integrated with an in-app mailer.

- Automated the mass assignment of QR-code-enabled invoices to their respective orders using ImageMagick and ZBarImg, eliminating human error and saving over 500 (annual) man-hours of manual sorting.

- Designed and re-engineered the client’s existing billing system into a scalable and highly modular system, greatly reducing processing time (automated & manual steps) from 20 hours per cycle to less than 2 hours per cycle (90% reduction).

- Migrated messaging architecture from AWS SQS to RabbitMQ during a platform shift to Azure, ensuring robust language-agnostic inter-application communication between codebases.

- Created a custom database validation and UI components for a legacy subsystem that lacked user feedback on transaction and processing errors.

- Scripted a migration to collect historical changes and authors to delivery accounts and built a searchable UI to navigate them.
