I love to build products at early-stage startups with a focus on AI. My more than a decade of engineering experience has been a combination of full-stack development as well as various roles leading teams and mentoring junior and mid-level developers. 

While a full-stack web developer by trade, I enjoy branching out and building tangential skills like:
- Publishing free and open-source C# game DLCs that have over 596k total subscribers
- Also publishing FOSS game modification tools to bootstrap new developers' environments to lower the effort required to start creating their own work, attributable to ~hundreds of new projects started per year
- Training a Tensorflow recurrent neural network to learn how to play Tetris with no user input
- Building iOS, Vision Pro and Android apps for personal use
- Writing hobbyist web apps to tie in to public APIs (eg Steam, Strava)

As the primary code contributor in the company, I push multiple epics a quarter regardless of whether I'm on a team of 15 or a team of 3. I design the architecture for, implement, and train devs on our design system, state layer, agentic AI job handlers, and internal APIs

As the 10th hire and the Application Layer team lead: mentorship, pair programming, onboarding docs, growth roadmaps, and project planning + management for junior devs

Engineering owner for full rebuild of Lavender’s Copilot Chrome extension (40% DAU growth over next quarter) and led a skeleton-team drive to build a new AI sales email agent that enabled the best sales month in company history and unlocked a new funding round

Developed UIs for both new products and internal tools. Worked to rebuild the company’s
flagship campaign builder which drove $1.8 billion in sales during Cyber Week 2023
