# Nick Falcone > Senior Software Engineer at Primer.ai | Mission Ready AI Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/nickfalcone I'm focused on building performant, accessible web applications for high-stakes environments. I currently work on products that enhance defense, intelligence, and research workflows with AI. My path here was unconventional. I wrote my first program in 6th grade on a graphing calculator, spent time as an investment banking analyst, then pivoted to software after a frontend bootcamp. Since then I've worked at a national bank and a defense-tech AI startup. I care about the craft: accessibility, performance, developer and user experience — not just shipping features. ## Work Experience ### Senior Software Engineer @ Primer.ai Jan 2023 – Present | San Francisco, California ### Frontend Engineer II @ Primer.ai Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco, California ### Frontend Engineer II @ Bank of America Jan 2018 – Jan 2021 | Charlotte, North Carolina Frontend engineer on an agile team tasked with maintaining and enhancing Bank of America's consumer-facing webpages, from the bankofamerica.com homepage to specific verticals including auto, home, commercial loans, and credit cards. • Developed a Node script using Puppeteer to automate SEO tests after production deploys.
