Currently I'm working as a Lead Application Engineer at CBRE. I am the point engineer for the building automation systems in Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village. I am also currently leading a full building management system cutover at the New England Aquarium. I have had the opportunity during my career to work on a myriad of projects including the Manhattan Supreme Court Energy Conservation Project, Thomas O'Neill Federal Building BMS Upgrade and numerous new construction projects in the Charlotte and Raleigh markets. In addition I have experience leading projects building out the building management system for one of the top e-commerce retailers globally. I've also programmed and managed critical monitoring systems for nationwide clients. I've completed many tasks within my roles, such as project engineering, project management, HVAC controls/engineering, and programming/commissioning. I have a passion for learning and networking with individuals to expand my knowledge in different sectors within engineering. •	Leads site teams to perform startup and commissioning of Tridium-based building management systems for new warehouses belonging to a top e-commerce retail company
