Software Engineer with a passion for linguistics and mycology. Experience in Nodejs, Typescript, Python, and Unix scripting. My undergraduate degree in Math and Physics has given me a firm grounding to explore the world of big data and algorithmic thinking. My love of Machine Learning was kindled in college when I had my first encounter with Computational Linguistics which opened up a world of stunning hidden complexity.

Wrote starter kits in several languages and stacks to introduce users to the cloud with associated backend to deploy the necessary cloud applications in concert. Automated DevOps processes using Jenkins, Tekton, Github Actions, Travis, Git local hooks, npm utilities. Developed automated testing frameworks using Python and Unix scripting. Wrote frontend content with React, backend REST APIs in Java and Typescript utilizing swagger. Developed docker containers for various applications deploying to kubernetes environments with Helm and Knative. Developed a VS Code IDE extension and accompanying language server to parse terraform documents and recommend content.
