Through project management of student codebases, I encouraged communication through empathetic peer review and paired programming. I was involved in leading lessons on inclusion in technology and participating in the scholarship committee. This experience provided me with valuable insights into planning and executing large-scale software development projects. As a senior team member, I also took on a mentoring role, supporting and guiding junior front-end engineers as well as participating in hiring across the organization. ### Software Developer @ Frontier Airlines Jan 2018 – Jan 2020 | Greater Denver Area At Frontier Airlines, I had the opportunity to implement the UI and develop API endpoints for the booking engine of the company's website using .NET, before transitioning to a Vue.js single page application solution. Throughout my time at Frontier, I collaborated across departments to revamp the design and development process. One of my proudest achievements was working with the Blind Institute of Technology to ensure that the online booking process was fully accessible to all users. In addition to my technical responsibilities, I also had the chance to give back by coaching high school students in the Careerwise internship program, as well as sat on the committee responsible for naming the planes in the growing Frontier fleet. ### Collaborator @ E/O Collective Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 Musician, developer and collaborator for the E/O Collective, a multidisciplinary group of creatives bringing mixed reality, 360 degree photo/video and spacial sound to the music and entertainment industries. ### Multimedia Journalist / Engagement Director @ Fly Over Media Jan 2013 – Jan 2018 Fly Over Media began as Fly Over Me, a project to create a portrait of rural America by living in Valentine, NE in the summers of 2013 and 2014. In 2016 Fly Over Media incorporated as a nonprofit to support, produce and publish interactive, multimedia journalism pieces about rural and underrepresented communities. ### SEO & Media Specialist @ Great Dental Websites Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 | Greater Denver Area At Great Dental Websites I was responsible for the ongoing search engine optimization of multiple dental clients and the creation and setup of new SEO campaigns.
