Contributed as a full-stack developer to implement big data visualization and analysis features for

the main product, working in the Javascript/Typescript and Java programming languages through

the Backbone, React, and Spring frameworks.

Primarily assisted in developing a new feature to allow user-de ned, row-level calculations across

streaming data sources.

Created a system to import and export custom data visualizations through json upload/download.

Updated the password policy to be con gurable through an application properties le.

Developed React web components for the frontend application, including the creation of a

general purpose popover/modal system.

Wrote Spring application code to implement a Thrift API to query data from Apache Kudu, a

nosql data storage layer.

Designed and implemented a Spring application to automatically construct mock customer

production environments from mongodb and postgresql metadata stores to assist the support

engineering team in upgrading, bug nding, and technical support of the product.

Constructed a robot to map an indoor environment using an RGB-D infrared depth camera.

Began work on a distributed robotic mapping system by implementing an algorithm to merge

several overlapping heuristic maps attained from robotic simulations.

Implemented a speech-to-text Android application to send commands to a semi-autonomous

robot over Bluetooth.
