While at Shopify, I worked on the Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) and Logistics teams where I led the brand's visual systems, designed marketing campaigns and created landing pages. SFN merged into Shopify Logistics, where the latest Shopify acquisitions, Deliverr and 6RS, came together to create a port to porch experience for merchants and warehouse operators.

š¦ Designed several initiatives for Shopify Fulfillment Network including:
ā¢Universal marketing UI component library that allowed for efficient asset creation across email, social, ads and landing pages.
ā¢SFN dot com refresh with an entirely new color palette, graphic assets and layout design. I conducted several interviews with merchants to walk through the original pages and collected feedback based on the content, design and information architecture. Internally, I ran a workshop with around a dozen people across engineering, marketing and design to participate in a competitive landscape audit and page building exercise.
ā¢Simplified cost calculator page and UI design to show price transparency around fulfillment and storage. I collaborated with our growth product teams to create a cohesive experience between Shopify dot com and the admin.
ā¢Merchant story video creation where I designed frame by frame boards and style frames, reviewed motion and worked closely with Shopify's core video team.
ā¢Targeted marketing initiatives like our paid ads where I designed and animated for Google, Facebook and Instagram. This increased leads by +110% and 3x as many app installs.
