Responsible for self driving module development.

Coordinating development including ME, EE, software/firmware, validation teams; sample build allocation plan, working with CM factory in Mexico and Taiwan, internal validation testing, and in-house car assembly.

• Delivered product from PRD to POC through development cycles to mass production.

• Manage the product definition, development schedule EVT to MP, and overall product budget.

• Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall program objectives focusing on EE, RF, and ME design, managing regulatory testing FCC, ISO 16750, IP66, PCTRB, LTE, reliability testing in house and at 3rd party including cost negotiations and schedule.

• Manage CM/ODMs/vendors relationship and deliverables including SOW and NRE negotiations.

• Manage materials, supplier selection, price negotiations (both tooling and unit pricing) along with hard tooling schedules, (including ID, EE, ME, RF (RFID/BT/LTE), displays, injection molding, sheet metal, connectors, cables...) logistics, supply chain and material management.

• Coordinating with the R&D team to achieve customer’s stringent and detailed RFQ requirements.

• Managed packaging projects for headset, headphone, and watch from POC through PVT builds.

• Delivered packaging solutions to meet delivery on time with challenging quality metrics for pure Apple white, dust control, tolerance control, flatness, smoothness, using recycled materials.

• Quotation preparation including pricing review with factory, labor/material/MOH/testing cost and related NRE to meet very competitive Apple pricing structure.
