And here we are! I currently work at Blue Apron, where I work on the Operations and Logistics team. My job entails making sure the warehouses are as efficient as possible. I have written RESTful APIs to track thousands of pallets moving through our warehouse, visualized data from our multiple warehouses into tidy dashboards for our engineering team to monitor, and developed applications to automate manual processes. These projects have saved engineering and warehouse workers valuable amounts of time. I graduated in 2017 with a BS in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh. Hail to Pitt! I received magna cum laude honors. While I was a student at Pitt, I served as the education officer and later president of the Pitt Computer Science Club. During my summers in college, I interned at the University of Massachusetts Boston, BNY Mellon, and GitHub. At each of these internships, I did full-stack web development work. I was a Code2040 fellow in the summer of 2016. The program was very selective, only selecting 87 fellows out of over 900 applicants. When I'm not clacking away at the keyboard coding, I'm either playing bass guitar, drawing, or reading.
