Worked on engineering team focused on the private program invitation flow for the app. Added features that created interest and value to the hacker receiving the invitation. Also added ability to track views, required proactive acceptance, and functionality to reject with feedback. Analyzed hacker metrics utilizing manipulation and modeling techniques to broaden the pool of hackers eligible for selected private programs. Overall goal was to create a consistent flow of qualified hackers funneling into the private programs.

Also on rotation for bug triage, small fixes that were not assigned to specific squads, and hot fixes for all app functionality.

Update and maintain user interface (dashboard); write Map/Reduced jobs to manipulate raw data, conduct checks to ensure accuracy, and create tables, charts, and graphs for performing deep-dive analytics, enabling executives to measure and evaluate game play and administrative metrics.
