• Recruited, hired, and managed the ecommerce product design team of 25, including Design ICs, a Content Strategist, Sr. Managers, and a Design Director for Gap Inc brands (Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Athleta, and Hill City). Product areas included Browse, Buy, Fulfillment, Loyalty, iOS App, and Digital Innovation.
• Defined the strategy of the customer’s shopping discovery experience through data-informed decision making, in partnership with product management and engineering. Led the redesign focused on Product and Category Pages, resulting in an increased RPV totaling $25 million.
• Led UX strategy for a unified multi-brand loyalty experience across four Gap Inc. brands. Partnered with product, marketing, and loyalty leaders to design a Value Center for tracking points, tiers, and rewards, and to embed loyalty touchpoints across the end-to-end journey for both cardholders and non-card members.
• Advocated Design Thinking to executives and cross-functional partners through planning and facilitating workshops across multiple ecommerce initiatives. Challenged the Gap Inc. strategy of evaluating product size and fit by leading research, lean design experiments, and A/B tests. The tests saw an increase in RPV & NPS, and drove the brands’ new approach to Size Inclusivity.
