Responsible for analyzing client data and searching state funding opportunities to deliver search results and organize possible avenue for receiving funding to use towards a literacy expansion project

Led weekly client meetings (15 attendees) through organized PowerPoint slides (~50 slides each week), organizing the team’s resources and findings (>150 files), and working with knowledge translators and expert teams at BCG to gather information regarding 28 school districts of interest and produced 70+ page comprehensive document

TransitMate was first developed as a class project (CS147). I led the development of the app's frontend based on market research and prototype iteration done with other team members.

The app was taken further outside of the class with one other partner. The app is now on Apple Store! We are working on enhancing the app :)
