- Led weekly client meetings (15 attendees) through organized PowerPoint slides (~50 slides each week), organizing the team’s resources and findings (>150 files), and working with knowledge translators and expert teams at BCG to gather information regarding 28 school districts of interest and produced 70+ page comprehensive document
