Worked closely with an international-based Developer team of 15 people, built and delivered web graphics.

Conducted competitive market research, user research and UX analysis through surveys, feedback collection and focus group interviews; Created and refined the user persona for target customer market.

Derived wireframes, flowcharts, user journey maps, exported high-fidelity prototypes using Invision and Figma; Conducted usability design and user testings to produce iterated product solutions.
