Senior Product Designer on the Records Management System (RMS), a workflow management tool used to document and investigate information related to 911 calls. Streamlined Use of Force reporting and implemented new Case management tools for investigators, improving police efficiency. Conducted early explorations for a community portal between police departments and the communities they serve.

Partnered with the FDNY Robotics Unit on Project Kellner, a pilot project for emergency blood delivery by drone.

I led the design of end-to-end experiences for industrial workers and managers. I worked on hardware and software projects, from system-level to interface-level designs. As the first user-focused product designer on the team, I shaped the product design process and culture into one that was more transparent, people-centered, and collaborative.

I led product design, prototyping, and testing for Park Time, a location-based park alert app for neighbors in collaboration with Engineering and City Operations. Results contributed to a more nuanced understanding of what it means to design people-centered cities using today's technologies.
