- Serving as the technical lead for enterprise customers, owning the full lifecycle of AI agent deployments across voice, chat, email, and SMS—from end to end integration building/testing, implementation and customization to production launch.
- Helping lead technical pre-sales, onboarding, and customer success, acting as the primary technical and solutions partner for large enterprise accounts.
- Within my first month, independently assumed both technical and sales leadership for a major enterprise opportunity, guiding the client through proof of concept to full customer conversion.
