Total Content Ratings provides the industry’s most trusted audience measurement metrics for video content across platforms and devices. With one unduplicated set of audience metrics, media sellers can effectively monetize their inventory across platforms and media buyers can purchase inventory with confidence, driving better outcomes for advertisers across devices and platforms.
Total Ad Ratings allows media companies, advertisers and agencies to understand who was exposed to a particular advertising campaign and the incremental lift from additional platforms beyond live TV, in a comparable way to content measurement. It’s this comparability that helps both sellers and buyers to more efficiently run their business.
Role:
• As a core member of the Audience Link team, responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Audience Link- Total Content Rating and Total Ad Rating modules.
• Responsible for working with various technologies including, but not limited to Hadoop (Hive, Map-reduce, Spark), SQL.
• Collaborate with program team to gather requirements, scope out projects using agile software development methodologies.
• Participate in code review process and is responsible for the code maintenance (SVN).
• Develop unit, integration and functional test cases to validate business logic and application behavior respectively.
• Responsible for code deployment, performance tuning and monitoring as well as stability of Nielsen pipelines in Facebook environment.
• Tuned HiveQLs which were not scaling u for larger data.
• Designed, developed and deployed Data Quality Checks in variousphases of the product.
