- Automated and provided insight into the manual triaging of 2,000 monthly feedback tickets reported directly by customers through company products
- Developed model to classify a ticket as usable or unusable through NLP on the ticket description, filtering out tickets as they came in
- Created a priority queue to determine which feedbacks were more vital using volume statistics, anomaly detection, and Monthly Recurring Revenue, allowing the company to immediately react to serious problems from important customers
- Built out pipeline to pull the feedback tickets each day through the JIRA API, run analysis, and push them back with updated information

- Computer Science Research with Open World Probabilistic Databases in the Statistical and Relational Artificial Intelligence (StarAI) Lab at UCLA under Professor Van den Broeck and Tal Friedman
- Successfully created a web application using the Open World Probabilistic Database (as opposed to abiding by the current Closed World Assumption) for a search engine as a proof of concept for future applications with the model
- Adapted the proposed open world algorithm for Top-K to make sense out of and visualized results
