Lead designer of the electronic health record, focused on optimizing provider (doctor) workflows in harmony with data interoperability objectives and reporting requirements. Designing for compliance needs and data experiences. Governing and mentoring other designers working within the same product space.

Designed a foundational system for strategic up-sell/cross-sell experiences across a multi-product platform. Crafted account information experience for standardization needs and compliance requirements. Developed data visualization resources for all feature product teams. Demonstrated history of leading the design of complex cross-department initiatives. Defined the foundational requirements, design, and experience for global search–utilizing elasticsearch–across the platform.

Produced research, discovery artifacts, heuristic evaluations, survey analysis, personas, prototypes, systems flows, user flows, design guidelines and workshop activities.

Collaborated with design leadership to pilot projects for the product vision in order to define and execute on ideas that drive the team mission and goals forward. Partnered closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, Customer Success, Sales 
and Product Marketing to holistically approach problems. Worked in tandem with enablement stakeholders to craft a curriculum for engineer onboarding within the R&D department. Mentored other designers to promote a culture of excellence.

Designed tailored solutions for a variety of clientele and industries spanning 
e-commerce, corporate intranets, sales enablement tools, and investment banking experiences across web, iOS and Android platforms. Accountable for the end to end product development process, including concept salesmanship and presenting to 
all levels of leaders. Lead the design of large-scale projects from concept through execution as primary client contact.

Produced user flows and red routes, persona profiles, brand strategies, design systems, pattern libraries and style guides at production level, corporate training materials with training sessions for client design teams and a new framework for all incoming digital projects. Established usability principles, standard methodologies, techniques, resources and tools for an effective, consistent and collaborative design team and culture.

Collaborated closely with the Digital Creative Director to define, craft, and ship products while maintaining alignment with engineering counterparts. Partnered and built relationships with ongoing retainer clients as well as new clients. Mentored and oversaw junior designers on a project-basis. Paired with agency founders to craft project scopes for new proposals of work.
