### Senior Software Engineer @ SmartBiz Loans

While at Smartbiz, I worked as a backend and frontend engineer to develop a platform to assist Smartbiz Customers, Partner, Lender and Relations managers to interact and process loans in the most efficient way at the best rates.

1. Developed and maintained the backend of the application using Ruby on Rails and Mysql database.
2. Managed onboarding new lenders with their products (requirements always differed) on the Smartbiz platform.
3. Developed the frontend using React and the Design System. Used graphql for for this frontend to interact with the ruby backend application 
4. Developed Api’s interacting with third party lenders like: Experian (Fico) and Veritax using ruby. Trustpilot using react.
5. Developed micro-services for Api’s interacting with third party lenders like Lendio and Lendflow. Used Python, Kafka for performance and Postgresql database using Alembic.
6. Managed Deployments using Kubernetes
7. Unit tested the code using Rspec and Pytest. And largely helped the qa team with integration testing of python services.
8. Closely worked on production support issues. Mentoring teammates and participated in the 2023 Smartbiz Hackathon where we developed a chat bot.

Moving Content Management Tools to Web Applications
1. Developed web applications to store the metadata of Cerner’s Oracle Tables. Users can preserve the Constraints, Description, Definitions for Tables from different schemas.
