- Developed and iterated upon internal process improvements including tools for creating and tracking purchase projections, improving accuracy of inventory tracking, and communicating with vendors.

- Developed and instructed English language curriculum for Japanese elementary school students. Focused on putting language in its natural context while making learning fun and exciting for the students through gamification and positive feedback activities.
- Participated in an initiative with the Ministry of Education that piloted, assessed and offered recommendations for national curriculum changes at the elementary level.
- As the only foreign teacher in four schools, I partnered with Japanese co-workers to integrate English into other school activities and subjects.
