Responsible for building tools and workflows for the logistics side of the business to gain efficiencies as the business scales and enters more markets.

Integrated the application with an external service called Onfleet, for logistics management and route optimization, that improved visibility, reporting and brought efficiencies to the dispatching process.

Architected and developed the feature to build employee shifts across multiple stacked orders, which helps the business run operations efficiently and the drivers & hosts an idea of where they need to be at what time, reducing operational error-rate and decreasing employee frustration due to inaccurate information.

Built a web application for the client analyst team to be able to configure reports by saving a collection of queries using an intuitive interface, that gets translated and run as SQL queries, to automatically build and publish reports to our clients on a periodic schedule.

Collaborated with machine learning and product teams to design processes to enable seamless inter-team communication using systems instead of relying on emails or verbal communication. This involved building ETLs and APIs and integrating them into the web application, for managing the classification engine, deploying rules, running regression tests and generating client deliverables.
