When I started working as a Data Analyst at Rakuten, I have had to use a lot of counterintuitive tools. I then started working on engineering projects for my team full time. Having a good balance of business and technical skills, I was able to build tools and processes to solve a lot of pains that my team was facing. I enjoy the process of taking a problem, coming up with an approach to solving it and then building something that would achieve that. I also like that there’s always more to learn and hence, I am always looking to learn and grow by taking up new and challenging opportunities.
