I was wearing multiple hats with a core focus on product management.
Chekable delivered an agentic AI platform for patent professionals. Platform provides services such as prior art searching, patent drafting, analysis, preparation and proofing in one interconnected platform with cooperative AI agents.
• Secured 21 IP law firms in our beta program
• Secured 3 year partnership with a prestigious professional association for patent practitioners
• Signed up 60 IP law firms within first 5 months of launch and converted 12
• Raised $300k in venture capital (bootstrapped for 2 years)
• Managed a lean product team working product operating model, running experiments, acting on product analytics, working with customers closely.
• Completed the SOC 2 Type II process and implemented logically separated highly secure infrastructure.
Conducted customer research, build lean canvas models, customer personas, identify ICP, identify GTM channels, build product requirements, manage agile development, look at sales data, marketing data and product data to determine strategic course of action.
Other responsibilities include: UX design, testing AI agent performance, benchmarking text outputs, testing new LLMs, LLMops, prompt engineering, prompt management, prompt writing, instruction tuning, context window management, overcoming input-output tokens constraints, configuring evals, LLMs as judge (Evals), looking at tracings for troubleshooting deviation. Research on latest LLM tools and operations.
