• Launched and maintained tier 1 services, that handles all the Alexa Events at massive scale (billions of events per day)

• Replaced the communication layer to support complex streaming use cases for Alexa Speech

• Added key features to alexa platform services, while making sure the cloud services are resilient to un expected events (retry storm, misbehaving third party alexa enabled device, network outages) and maintained availability at 99.99% (all while traffic is growing exponentially)
