Conceptualized the prototype and designed an AI-powered policy assistant built with LLMs, taking it from a hackathon prototype to a 0 → 1 product used by 1,200+ officers to access policy answers - reducing manual search time and cognitive load by 73%, and converted 3 pilot agencies into full-time customers at launch. - Designed end-to-end mobile-first workflows for Community Request product in the Axon App for large, high-volume agencies like NYPD, enabling officers to create portals, view and triage evidence on the go, and designed complementary web reporting features that drove a 106% YOY increase in reports run. - Designed a mobile-first automated messaging framework that keeps 911 callers and victims informed from pre-arrival through post-contact, automating status updates and My90 (post-contact feedback) surveys, improving victim experience, and reducing status-check call volume by ~53% in the first three months post-launch. -
