Thesis: Process development for microfeatures in optically transparent materials

• Worked with biomedical startup to enable a low cost & low unit production of microfluidics device

• Utilized CNC micromilling techniques to design, fabricate, and test mold cavities for casting and injection molding processes for optically transparent microfeatures.

• Developed multiphysics models to predict material removal rates for high aspect ratio microfeatures

• Published and presented 3 papers in peer reviewed institutions at global conferences
