# Nithya Subramaniam > Product Design Leader | AI Strategy & UX Leadership | Building Invisible Automation at Klarity AI | Triple Take Creator | Empowering Early Career Professionals to Break into Tech | Speaker at GDAI 2025 Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/nithyasubramaniam I’m a design leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity and systems thinking—turning big, messy problems into seamless, human-centered solutions. My journey has taken me from architectural design and unforgettable fan experiences at the Super Bowl to building AI-powered enterprise tools that help people work smarter, not harder. At Klarity AI, I lead design for the Architect platform, a system that helps enterprise teams build, customise, and document transformation workflows. I focus on making complex automation feel invisible, intuitive, and scalable—so the technology stays out of the way, and users stay in control. Previously at TrustCloud, I launched AI-powered control suggestions that cut remediation time and helped scale the platform to enterprise customers. I also created the 3C Model (Context, Clarity, Control)—a framework that guides how I design ethical, anticipatory AI systems that empower users rather than overwhelm them. I’m the writer behind Triple Take, a weekly newsletter where I break down the real signals behind emerging trends in product, design, and automation. I’ve judged hackathons, spoken at global conferences, and built tools like Promptle, a daily game that helps people get better at prompt engineering through creative challenges. Whether I’m launching task management systems, designing fallback logic for AI workflows, or crafting end-to-end document intelligence solutions, my approach is simple: think big, start small, and design for people first. Outside of work, I’m currently building a custom dollhouse for my almost three-year-old and building a daily prompt challenge tool called Promptle ( similar to wordle ). Because designing for delight matters just as much as designing for scale. ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer @ Klarity Jan 2025 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area At Klarity, I lead design for the Architect product—a system that enables enterprise teams to build, manage, document, and deploy AI-powered transformation processes.
