My background is in CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering, and I have spent my time working with everyone from early-stage startups to large enterprises to improve how they deliver software. I partner closely with engineering and platform teams to understand how their delivery process actually works today, where it slows down, and what is getting in the way. Across both presales and postsales, I run technical discovery, lead proofs of concept, and stay involved through production adoption to make sure the solution works in the real world, not just in a demo. A lot of my work is focused on simplifying pipelines, speeding up builds and tests, and helping teams make better use of the tools they already have. I enjoy digging into systems, finding bottlenecks, and turning that into practical improvements that make developers faster and teams more confident in what they ship. I have also been spending more time working with AI-native companies and teams exploring how AI fits into their development workflows, especially around automation, testing, and developer productivity. What I enjoy most is being in the middle of engineering, product, and customer conversations, helping connect the dots and move things forward in a way that actually delivers impact.
