As a Sr. Product Designer at Safeway, I design and improve user experiences for the company's online grocery platform, enabling customers to shop conveniently and efficiently. I work with a cross-functional team of developers, researchers, and marketers to deliver user-centric solutions, following agile and lean methodologies. 

I have a Master's degree in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute, where I learned to apply design thinking, user research, prototyping, and testing to various domains and contexts. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Gujarat Technological University, and a semester exchange in Computer Engineering from Laurentian University, which gave me a solid foundation in coding, data analysis, and engineering principles. 

My goal as a designer is to make a difference through my creative decisions and solutions, while learning from others and growing professionally. I am proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools, and I have a passion for user interface design, interaction design, and accessibility. I am always eager to take on new challenges and explore new opportunities in the field of UX/UI design.
