Zenblen is a startup developing a tech-enabled smoothie bar that blends healthy, nutritionist-curated smoothies right in front of the consumer. I was the product management intern on the team, driving the first customer-facing launch of the product.

Led brainstorming sessions to distill goals for the V3 launch

Defined success metrics for the launch. Our key ones were customer satisfaction, time to get the smoothie, cleanliness and perceived reliability.

Instituted processes to track milestones, weekly tasks and progress towards goals and meetings for accountability.

Defined the research and testing plan
•
Drove conversations with external vendors for setting up the software, negotiated down the price and worked with them to realize the customer experience.

Managed an intern and defined their workstream for the marketing and research tracks.
Became design owner for the Alexa-Cortana integration, the world’s first voice assistant partnership

Collaborated with the Microsoft team to explore new features, ideate ways to test voice interactions between two AIs and conduct qualitative and quantitative research on feature set.

Set the customer success launch criteria and measured it by collecting and analyzing data with over 140 participants.
•
Led workshops exploring use cases for Alexa integrations with several partner companies
•
Redesigned the console designers and developers use to program Alexa prompts.
