I led the product design of a retail-focused e-commerce platform serving retails across the country, My workflow included defining requirements for upcoming features with stakeholders, building flows, and prototypes, conducting Design QA and creating follow-ups for engineers.

I led the product design of an exclusive invite-only, offline first retail platform, where the team designed a new group checkout flow and a few crucial membership features. The results were a more compelling product covering the primary customer's needs and also worked and collaborated with other teams, to build great software products at scale while coping with realistic demands
