# Noah Eisfelder > Product Designer @ Basis Technologies Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/noaheisfelder I design software experiences that support focus, informed decision-making and peace of mind, drawing from a wide creative and technical skillset to contribute on a range of teams. I’m happiest building software that helps people stay organized, express their ideas, and make informed decisions. I admire tools that respect our time and attention. Through intentional design choices, I want to help people drop into a focused state more often. I’m drawn to platforms that help us organize ideas, solve problems, manage our wellbeing, and live full, embodied lives. On product teams, I can hold the perspectives of technology, business and product stakeholders, and stay attuned to teammates throughout the design process so that the end product feels cohesive and usable :) ## Work Experience ### Product Designer @ Basis Technologies Jan 2025 – Present ### Web Designer + Developer @ Unknown Jan 2022 – Present | Chicago, Illinois, United States ### Service Worker @ Multiple Jan 2022 – Jan 2025 Barista + Farmer's Market Lead @ Pixlcat Coffee, SF Farmer's Market Cheesemonger @ The Cheese People, Chicago Production Assistant @ Fever Candelight Concerts, Chicago ### User Interface Designer @ Athena Advisory Inc Jan 2022 – Jan 2023 | Austin, Texas, United States ### Product Designer @ Morningstar Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 | Chicago, Illinois, United States ### Associate UX Designer @ Morningstar Jan 2018 – Jan 2021 | Chicago ### UX Design Assistant at UW-IT @ University of Washington Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | Seattle, WA I worked within an Agile UX team to conceptualize, build and maintain a wide range of digital technologies that enhance student and instructor academic and social life. - Conducted user research to test the usability of a new MyUW Interface - Created a promotional video for one of our tools, "Scout" - Conducted user research and designed front-end UI of notification tool that connects students with leftover food after campus events. - Independently conducted interviews with students to uncover pain-points in their process of choosing a Study Abroad program.
