I was brought on as a Co-Founder status CTO at SWOT to build a new Social Media Platform from scratch. I architected and built out the initial concept of the platform as a one person engineering team for the first six months. I then grew my engineering team to include two additional rockstar engineers. Together we built a cross platform mobile app deployed to a private beta. Talking with beta users, gathering data, and identifying pain points gave way to building out a continuous development pipeline to plan, build, and iterate on new features.
During my time at SWOT I had the opportunity to grow as a leader, entrepreneur, project manager, and software engineer. I constantly worked with our engineers, users, designer, marketer, and CEO to align visions of the future and ensure our product could take us there. It was an exiting opportunity to learn about and lead the full Software Development Life Cycle from idea to planning, building, testing, iterating, scaling, and launching.
