• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, business analysts, content designers and engineers to successfully improve high-traffic flows; results in decreasing drop-off rates and reducing calls to customer service centers.
• Build trust and rapport with clients by successfully leading projects through the creative process from conception to launch.
• Maintain clear communications in multi-functional teams to ensure consistent quality and seamless transition from each teams.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify pain points and help guide business decisions while advocating for the user.
• Conduct research and usability testings to expand understanding of pain points and craft impactful solutions while improving business' understanding of its users.
• Collaborate with product owners and business managers to build business case and provide estimates for upcoming projects.
• Provide concepts and recommendations through whiteboard sessions, user flows, research, usability testing, and interactive prototypes.
• Present regularly to stakeholders and leaderships from various departments to maintain transparency with each new solutions.
• Make sensible design decisions with business requirements, data and research, technical feasibility, and web accessibility compliance standards in order to meet scope while ensuring maximum impact.
• Produce high fidelity visual designs and assets for production.
• Develop and continuously evolve the design system; helping reduced confusions and documentations for business analysts, designers, engineers, and testers.
• Support engineering and testing team as needed to ensure that implementations is consistent with the designs.
• Provide post-launch revisions and clarification to ensure all use cases are covered and all creative documentations are up-to-date.
